This is the man under whose tutelage I cut my teeth professionally as a medical Laboratory scientist, thoroughly mentored, groomed and practically inducted into the act and science of the practice. He is someone I have watched and admired from a distance with the desire of one day growing up to be like him. I still reminisce with great admiration on the memories of his time as the Chairman of the Association of the Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria {AMLSN} Lagos State Branch. His charisma and the leadership aura were indeed inspiring.

The second experience I had working closely with Mr Akinola Anjou was a period in the company I worked sometime in the past, Augias Environmental Company, as a consultant. Mr Anjou came on board in that company with loaded cerebral prowess that I couldn’t but be proud of him as a Medical Laboratory Scientist.

The last experience with Mr Akinola-Anjou I will like to speak about, for want of time, is his the media engagement. Obviously, I must say that this is the key reason for my profound interest and motivation in the media, despite the fact that I have Medical Laboratory background.

The man we are here to review his written work is a passionate human right activist, a board room player and a writer par excellence. He is a mentor to so many younger Medical Laboratory scientists that have demonstrated that with passion, hard work and prayer you can achieve all you dreams.

Our presence at this occasion of the book launch of his three new books will open our eyes to learn from the diversity of a man called Akinola-Anjou. The books are “Life is a Process For Dominion: The End Game” – A Classic Research on the Confluence between Science and Religion, “Unhidden Treasures for the Initiated” and “My ‘Bed of Thorns and Roses’ Life”.
