MEDLAB WEST AFRICA CONGRESS: THE FOCAL POINT OF THE LABORATORY PROFESSION

The Medlab West Africa Congress coming up in Landmark Center in Lagos on the 22nd to 24th April 2024 is a focal point of the laboratory industry because it is designed to be a center of activities, interest and attention for all stakeholders in the laboratory sector in West Africa.

The Congress organized by informa Markets, co- located with Pharmaconex in association with CPHI and in Partnership with Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) is the largest and first ever Congress to shape the future of the laboratory industry in the West Africa region.

The three day event will accommodate Pathologists, Medical Laboratory Scientists, Microbiologists, Heads of Laboratory, Researchers, Equipment vendors, Marketers, Students and others.

According to the Senior Exhibition Director of Medlab Series, Tom Coleman, the event will connect the region’s healthcare and medical laboratory communities through the most comprehensive experience that offers unmatched opportunities to discover the latest industry innovations and advancement, while driving networking and collaboration between the stakeholders.

The Congress is promising to take the participants through the thought provoking subjects like Laboratory Management and Quality, Clinical Microbiology and Parasitology, Clinical Chemistry, Heamatology and Blood Transfusion, Molecular Diagnosis and Anatomic Pathology.

Dr Donald Ofili, the conference Chair, the Director and Deputy Registrar MLSCN has confirmed that the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) has approved six CPD CREDIT Units for the program.
